Our new 'rental' home that is...for one year. There is a possibility we could buy it after that, but we'll have to see what happens!

We made it to Seattle!
Hello all...Glen and I arrived in Seattle last Wednesday evening but it has been incredibly busy for us since we got here. It is absolutely beautiful here and we love love love our new home! We technically don't have internet hooked up yet until this Thursday-I'm at my new neighbors :). Will check back in over the weekend but just wanted to thank you for your prayers and care for us. Be bloggin' again soon! Love, G&S along with Micah and Daisy

Micah One Month!
Well...I hear tons of people say it and it seems to be true, time does go by fast! Our Micah William is coming up to one month old already and we have tried to cherish every minute knowing that he is growing up fast. Here's a few things along the way that I've learned as a 'new' mommy:
"Have I mentioned how I LOVE to sleep?"
"Baths aren't all that bad as long as I'm snuggled afterwards in one of these...ahhhh"
"I suppose this hairy creature must be growin' on me"
"I've met the woman of my dreams...Aubrey Trzeciak"
"And she likes me too, woohoo!"
- I have a growing respect for cows...since I nurse ALL THE TIME :).
- I now know what a "blow out" means and whew, does it get messy.
- Remember to pack an extra outfit or two for Micah when going somewhere for the day, you never know what could happen.
- So I really can live off 4 hours of sleep a night? Wow, never knew this one.
- Getting a smile from Micah seriously makes my day!
Other updates? Looks like we are set to leave for Seattle on Tuesday, September 2nd. Two amazing praises (!!), we found a three bedroom/two bath rental home in a town called Renton which is about 20-30 minutes away from the church AND our friend James, who Glen went to seminary with, is going to help drive our U-Haul for us which will be a great help! So with that said, we are focused on connecting with friends and packin' before we head out. We'll try to post more before then but hope you enjoy the latest and greatest pics of Micah Man~

Our Micah Man
Ahhhh yes...life with our little Micah Man. So sweet! Other than my (Shilo) sleep deprivation and trying to get down a daily routine with breastfeeding, things couldn't be better. We are adjusting well by God's grace. We have been so grateful as well for all the visits from family & friends, cards, flowers and gifts. Don't know what we would do without the support and love of everyone. Hope you enjoy the newest pics~
Oh, by the way here's the LATEST UPDATE ON SEATTLE: Glen will be flying out tomorrow afternoon for three days to look at housing for our family clan, so if you think of us in your prayers. The moving date is set for the first week of September, crazy!!

Oh Where Oh Where is our little man?
Since it seems easiest to update everyone in this way, we thought we would go this route! Thank you for all the thoughtful phone calls and e-mails, sorry if we haven't been able to keep in touch as much as we would like. We did have our Dr. appointment this last Wednesday and he had us hooked up to a fetal monitor to make sure everything was going okay and sure enough our little man is healthy and strong JUST doesn't want to enter the world quite yet! Our Dr. would like us to come back on Monday morning, which would put us about a week overdue. As of now, we are waiting until our appointment on Monday to decide anything. Until then, we are reminded of Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him." We are certain he will be WORTH the waiting :). Love you all!

STILL Waiting
Glen and I have come to the realization that our little man is getting way too comfy in my tummy :). We are "officially" full-term and today we have a check-up with our doctor. We'll continue to keep you posted! Hopefully he will enter the world very soon :).

Waiting...
Some of you have been asking us if we've had our baby yet and the answer is nope! We are due anyday now and we can't wait to see our little man :). Thank you for all the prayers, e-mails, phone calls and text messages-we'll definitely keep you posted!! Hope each of you have a Happy 4th of July! Farewell until the B.I.R.T.H.~
Oh, I had to include one pic of Daisy and cute baby Aubrey when her and mommy Jen paid us a visit today. Daisy liked Aubrey very much...as you can see her here licking her toes. Aubrey didn't seem to mind a bit-ha ha. We love our sweet Daisy girl!

Vacation Bible School
Greetings! Glen and I held our 2nd VBS at Han Yang Presbyterian Church last week and all went well. We had about 25-30 children for three nights and the theme was Amazon Expedition. The children learned much about how God created the earth and how He made man in His own image. There were lots of games, crafts and on Sunday after church was the grand finale where we had a bounce house and watersports for the kids. One cool praise-I didn't go into labor!!

Why I can't wait to have a BOY
Last weekend we made the trek down to Anaheim to go to an Angels baseball game and let's just say the Glenster was soooooo happy it was hilarious. Such a boy at heart and yet such a manly man :). Love you babe!

One of our friends, Vonna, also came over the other night. I met her in my Women Discipling Women class last year and she has a lot of knowledge about birth and labor. Thank you for your friendship and all your insight to us Vonna!
